Together, we are: a bold foodie runner fashionista workout queen.
Separately we are Jamie and Courtney, two best friends whom have recently split from an oh so Jersey life to venture into our own. Courtney chose the Big Apple NYC and I (Jamie) chose a life in Virginia Beach, VA.
We stay connected daily and after obsessing over the foodie fitness blogs of others, we have decided to create our own.

love love love the idea and meaning behind your blog! My best friend (since fourth grade) and I haven’t lived in the same town, or within 8 hours of each other since high school graduation – I’m blessed to say that almost four years later she is still my best friend & that we are still as close, if not closer, than we ever were. It’s hard living away from her at times, but we’ve managed. … looking forward to following you all & seeing different ways you both manage to stay close when the distance separates you!
