Sorry for the lack of blogginess – I had to head to White Plains for a client meeting this morning and yesterday I wasn’t feeling up to par so I went to bed super duper early. (Jamie didn’t think I was alive.) Train trips mean packing snacks, though! 😉 I was told once a client only ordered corn beef sandwiches so needless to say – I wanted to be extra safe…
Home packings: fruit, veggies, larabar (cinnamon roll might be my favorite thus far!!), and a few caramel delites 😉 (or samoas as some of you call them.)
Grand Central this morning was bustling.
I also picked up a few more goodies from Hudson News.

After all my worrying they wound up having a selection of mini sandwiches/wraps including a cheese/veggie whole wheat wrap. (!!!! a totally Courtney sandwich) Thank goodness, I always feel so awkward in these kind of situations because I hate to draw attention to my personal eating choices.
I’m back home now and so very sleepy – I’m totally ready to curl up with a big bowl of veggie whole wheat pasta and some television while it SNOWS in NYC (you heard me!!!)

Currently OBSESSED with my new Lululemon headband. Seriously the best headband, ever! Grippies and doesn’t move. LOVE.
I attempted to make a homemade sorbet. TJ’s frozen berries + a little bit of fresh sqeezed oj + my baby food processor
= your makeshift sorbet with alottttt of seeds.

I have never made my own sorbet but I’m seriously obsessed with making my own banana softserve. It’s amazing!

um, I’m SO happy you called them caramel delights. 🙂 I feel like our region is one of the ONLY ones that calls them the “right” name! I mean… what the heck is a “samoa” anyway? they’re delightfully caramel, and they’re the best gs cookie.
